Vic is a long time associate of Messrs. Jose and Anis dating back to the early PEZA years. On his own, Vic has wracked up a wide array of knowledge on the operations of business, particularly those involving economic zones operations.

 

He has undergone foreign trainings as part of his stint at the PEZA's investment promotion office, and the knowledge he gained from these exercises proved very useful to his subsequent endeavors. His stint at PEZA came at time, when the Authority started experiencing a bullish run in the investment front. Vic and his group was in the forefront of this surge in foreign and domestic investments into the zones.

 

Vic eventually joined the company after capping his stint with PEZA as Officer-in-Charge of the Mitsumi Special Economic Zone in Danao, Cebu.
