Oca is the doyen of the group. Having worked for a long time at PEZA, he understood and learned many things in policy formulation, procedures and operations of different companies. A journalist by heart, this fellow's abilities includes investments, promotion and marketing.

 

His stint at PEZA peaked when he became the Head of the Information and Promotion Department where he gained valuable experience in dealing with foreign and local investors, as well as in understanding the gamut of concerns related to the companies' day to day operations.
